WebFolder is a tool to help you find all of your work assets from one place, using tags and keyword search. You can use it to manage multiple projects or to organize a collection of files, notes or apps that you use for your projects.

Tags can be grouped together into categories and you can use multiple tags from different categories to find exactly what you are looking for.

For example, you can create a tag category for file type (image, pdf, word document), a category for urgency level(high, medium low) and you can use this to find word documents to work on that have a high urgency. This is one of the many use cases that WebFolder can be used for.
